Our Executive Director Will:
Build strong relationships in a positive environment throughout the community.Coach and develop associates as leaders and healthcare professionals.Oversee provision of services and overall well-being of community members.Work closely with residents and families in meeting their individualized needs.Build occupancy by working closely with the marketing and sales team.Oversee all financial aspects of the community including operating and capital budgets.Implement processes and procedures that build operational continuity, efficiency, safety and meet state and federal guidelines.
