What you'll do:
As the Bank President, the role is responsible for sound business planning and effective control of the Bank's resources to achieve growth and productivity goals and provide executive leadership of the Bank's staff in accomplishing these objectives.
Responsible for being a leader in sustaining the Bank's reputation as an ethical, responsible and integral member of the community
Develops business opportunities through participation in key community organizations and events
Plans and controls policies and practices of the Bank and its resources in order to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as well as Bank policies
Participates with the Board of Directors in guiding the Bank's strategic plan, and carries out the necessary activities to achieve it
Develops and leads a group of key managers to carry out the overall plan for the Bank
Travel between branches is required; some travel between banks may be necessary
Qualifications:
BA in Finance or Business related degree; MBA strongly preferred
15+ years of overall related banking and credit experience
7+ years of experience managing bankers/producers

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $203,000 - $274,000, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
