Position Description:
The Recruiting Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the recruitment processes, systems, and workflows to ensure the Talent Acquisition (TA) team operates efficiently and effectively. This role will manage recruiting operations tools, drive improvements, streamline processes. The Recruiting Operations Manager will work on implementing long-term departmental strategic goals through a deep understanding of talent acquisition processes, data analytics, and process automation, and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Process Improvement & Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows, automating repetitive tasks where possible. Lead the implementation of new processes, tools, and technologies to optimize efficiency within the recruitment cycle. Ensure consistency and standardization across all recruiting processes. Develop effective recruiting strategies through the ongoing analysis of market conditions, talent landscape, applicant flow data, sourcing methods, social media and recruiting metrics Partner with the Marketing Department to strengthen the talent brand and the Recruitment Center of Excellence to develop comprehensive analytics and metrics to monitor the recruitment progress and strategies of each business unit effectively.
Recruiting Systems Management:
Oversee and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM platforms, and other recruiting tools. Continuously assess and evaluate the performance of recruiting tools and systems, making recommendations for upgrades or changes.
Data Analytics & Reporting:
Develop, track, and analyze key recruiting metrics and performance indicators (KPIs).t Provide data-driven insights and reporting to leadership on recruiting trends, process bottlenecks, and team performance. Create dashboards and reports to help Talent Acquisition teams make informed decisions.
Training & Support:
Train recruiting teams and hiring managers on new processes, tools, and system functionalities. Act as the primary point of contact for recruiting tools, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting. Manage all project flow in the department and work closely with colleagues and SVP to ensure proper execution Provide formal and informal training and coaching to recruiting teams and leaders on interview trends and techniques. Focus on reviewing job descriptions, requisition management, assessing competencies and improving systems and tools Communicate with recruiting teams and leadership, presenting creative solutions for addressing gaps in job posting performance, sourcing strategy effectiveness and time-to-hire delays Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to establish multi-channel sourcing and talent pipelining strategies
Requirements:
Bachelors degree 3+ years of experience in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or HR operations Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies Strong track record of leading process improvement initiatives within a recruitment environment
