As an MDS Assistant, you'll support the MDS Coordinator in ensuring accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), helping to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with gathering and reviewing resident data
Coordinate and input MDS assessments
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
Must have an active LVN or RN license
Experience in long-term care or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of the MDS process and documentation
