AP TESTING (Finance)
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Performs all assigned duties in compliance with internal SOPs and external regulations. Brings compliance issues to the attention of management.
2. Assures quality customer service to all customers.
3. Maintains good attendance and punctuality per the absence policy.
4. Partners with department leaders to develop processes and procedures, and ensures that they are being followed throughout the year to capture accurate data.
5. Serves as systems analysis and subject matter expert for accounts payable software, including the training of end-users.
6. Performs testing as needed to support systems updates, integrations, or any software implementation that impacts the accounts payable department.
7. Resolves accounts payable related issues and recommends solutions to management, as appropriate.
8. Analyzes various balance sheet accounts and recommends appropriate adjustments to management.
9. Reviews detailed transactions and records adjustments. Performs reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers to general ledger.
10. Prepares and distributes analytical and statistical reports to managements.
11. Performs ad hoc analysis as directed.
12. Performs all other duties, at the discretion of management, as assigned.
Knowledge/ Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Licenses/ Certifications
None
Experience
1. Five years related experience required.
2. Healthcare background preferred.
3. Large ERP AP system experience preferred.
4. High volume/multi-entity experience preferred.
