Compensation: $22 to $27/hr

Location: 7651 Esters Blvd, Suite 200, Irving, TX

Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday (Hybrid -- 2 days remote, 3 in office)

Job Description:

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary responsibility of the Billing Analyst is to support the day-to-day operations within the billing department, ensuring accurate and timely billing processes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of billing statements and invoices.
• Ensure timely and accurate billing in accordance with established SLAs and processes.
• Respond to billing inquiries and production requests to support business needs.
• Maintain and update billing records and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
• Assist in the implementation of new billing processes and tasks.
• Support the review and compliance controls for the billing department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

• Reports to the Billing Supervisor.

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of billing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with Wennsoft/Great Plains is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
