Director - Project Controls (Finance)
Primary Purpose:
This role is a proactive leadership role that is responsible for all project services functions and resources in the project. The Project Controls Director position should bring an assurance to the company that the project meets all commercial, financial, documentation, cost and schedule requirements utilizing Project Controls best practices. This position serves as single point of contact for the Vice President of Project Management, reporting operationally to the Project Director or Director of Project Management.Qualifications:
This position requires 10 or more years of relevant industrial experience in project controls, cost controls, cost estimation, planning, scheduling, and project management.
Education:
Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Contruction Science, Building Science or related field is highly preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years or more of experience will also qualify and be considered for this role.

Compensation: Compensation ranges are provided in good faith based on what we anticipate when researching wages for this position at the state and national levels. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
