Account Analyst (Finance)
Provides assistance to Development customers for problem resolution and to determine the best method for meeting customer requirements. Places emphasis on customer satisfaction in all activities. Provides technical and system guidance and quality assurance to ensure efficient and proper implementation of customer requests. Performs all duties in accordance with Development business practices and standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Maintains confidentiality of CDS Global and its clients' proprietary information.
• Support internal customers.
o Answers questions about current functionality and processes.
o Performs processes as needed.
o Reviews problems and determine course of action.
• Submits trouble request to IT.
• Performs corrections.
• Determines global impact.
• Reviews processes and updates as necessary.
• Collaborates with internal and external customers to provide new solutions for clients using current functionality.
• Collaborates with business analysts for needed system/solution enhancements.
• Performs established processes as assigned.
• Creates and maintains documentation of unique process flows for assigned clients.
• Supports Onboarding needs of new clients.
o Participates in new client onboarding discovery, involves the business analyst if enhancements are necessary.
o Obtains an understanding of the new client's business rules and supports the testing and quality assurance processes as required.
• Follows Trackit (internal task tracking tool) guidelines when managing requests and tasks.
• Obtains an understanding of Agile and applies the concepts.
• Acquires and maintains comprehensive knowledge of applicable CDS Global systems, divisions and/or department's capabilities, operations and limitations.
• Interacts in cooperative and professional manner with all levels of employees, clients and/or vendors in team oriented environment.
• Organizes tasks and resources to complete assignments and/or projects and meet deadlines according to established departmental procedures.
• Continually learns and applies new information in fast-paced, dynamic technical environment.
• Provides assistance to other team members and departments as needed.
• Follows all CDS Global ergonomic and safety policies.

• Travels when required or requested.
• Performs additional duties as required or requested.
EDUCATION AND/OR CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND LICENSING
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or four-year related degree, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
• Three or more years of successful CDS Global business and/or technical experience.
• Critical thinking, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-directed and able to work independently.
• Ability to react to change and remain productive.
• Ability to make decisions on variety of tasks frequently requiring discretion, judgment and initiative, guided by general procedures or standards.
• Demonstrated experience documenting procedures for solutions to business problems.
• Advanced math skills.
• Occasional travel when required.
• On-call status as necessary.
• If required to travel, has access to transportation requiring a valid driver's license, proof of safe driving record and active insurance.
