Seeking Senior Director, Infrastructure & Capital Projects

Our Infrastructure and Capital Projects practice is comprised of over 600 sector experts and specialized consultants across the Globe. We combine strategic and operational expertise with a deep technical knowledge to support developers, sponsors, lenders, and projects leader to select, structure, improve and execute Capital Projects in a more efficient and sustainable way.
Activities and Responsibilities:
• Lead the execution of work fronts with expertise, identifying improvement initiatives and actively engaging with the client in all phases of the project.
• Lead meetings and presentations with both client and A&M's managerial and executive levels, demonstrating confidence and mastery of the topics discussed.
• Assume a leadership role with teams and clients, participating in effective negotiations and collaborations between leaders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships for business growth.
• Participate in events and associations to foster relationships and identify opportunities.
• Work with a creative mindset to co-create solutions and offer innovative approaches to address client challenges.
• Take advantage of industry network and influence to identify and develop new business opportunities for I&CP and other Business Units.
• Facilitate analyses to guide project delivery, proposing action plans and demonstrating confidence in decision-making.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related major
• +10 years of proven experience in business development and/or infrastructure project management.
• The ideal candidate will have prior experience in consulting firms, with strong business acumen, a self-started, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for travel.
• Experience in management consulting for infrastructure and capital projects industries such as Energy, Oil & Gas, Mining, Water, Transportation, etc.

Full-time Positions and Part-time Positions Over 30 hours
Regular employees working 30 or more hours per week are also entitled to participate in Alvarez & Marsal Holdings' fringe benefits consisting of healthcare plans, flexible spending and savings accounts, life, AD&D, and disability coverages at rates determined from time to time as well as a 401(k) retirement plan. Provided the eligibility requirements are met, employees will also receive a discretionary contribution to their 401(k) from Alvarez & Marsal. Additionally, employees are eligible for paid time off including vacation, personal days, seventy-two (72) hours of sick time (prorated for part time employees), ten federal holidays, one floating holiday, and parental leave. The salary range is $215,000 - $235,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography. In addition, A&M offers a discretionary bonus program which is based on a number of factors, including individual and firm performance. Please ask your recruiter for details.
