To lead and oversee critical initiatives and projects important to the organization by effectively planning, executing, and delivering on project objectives ensuring they align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes. Perform complex and varied professional administrative and analytical work in the development, implementation, administration and reporting of programs and projects. This position will typically manage projects of varying complexity, exercising independent judgment and the ability to work with minimal guidance and supervision.

Required Education: Bachelor's degree, AND:
Equivalent/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree to equal 96 months of related experience.
