Accounting Intern (Finance)
The motivated and curious Accounting Intern will support and participate in the monthly close
process, explain account fluctuations, compile key performance indicators, shadow members of
the accounting team, and contribute to ad hoc projects as required to learn more about
accounting team and office operations. Further, this role will entail collaboration with the
Accounting team spanning US, Spain, and India offices. The Accounting Intern will report directly
to the Senior Accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop sound financial analysis and recommendations for a multi-week business case,
ending with a final presentation to senior management.
• Gain an understanding of various functional areas within finance and accounting.
• Assist with month-end close procedures, including performance of analytic procedures to
explain account fluctuations monthly account reconciliations.
• Provide support on special ad hoc projects.
• Assist in quarterly internal audits of operational areas such as Accounts Payable.
• Work with various finance and accounting software to prepare and maintain accurate and
complete financial records through data entry, as needed.
• Responsibly handle and analyze data.
• Learn about TKWW and how the business operates.
• Shadow members of the Accounting team as they perform their weekly and month-end
tasks.
• Provide high quality work.
• Be curious and ask questions about our brands, procedures and other information.

• Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and concisely with multiple levels of leadership
both verbally and in materials produced.
• Capability to exhibit problem solving skills and prioritize the management of multiple
tasks.
• Ability to research and analyze relevant industry and technical matters.
• Self-motivation to take on new challenges and assume responsibility for personal growth
and development.
• Basic general accounting skills through knowledge of financial accounting including US
GAAP.
• An interest in pursuing a career in accounting and actively pursuing a Bachelor or Master
degree (rising junior or senior preferred).
