TK Elevator is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in Atlanta, GA.
The Intern will be responsible for assisting the Accounts Payable Manager to meet the needs of the organization, project management and assisting with process improvement.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Obtain basic knowledge of day to day processes of accounts payable processes in Shared Services environment
- Work with AP Team to assist in high volume processing of invoices for payment
- Reconciliation and investigation of vendor statements
- Assist with payment reviews and approvals
- Assist with departmental administrative duties as needed
- Assist with the key project(s), other projects assigned and meet deadlines for project deliverables
- Recommend process improvements
- Gain valuable work experience and prepare for future career
- Other Day-to-day department responsibilities as assigned by the department leadership
- Seeking candidate that is currently enrolled in college, preferably a junior or higher
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Possess a high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills
- Possess effective communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and internal networks
- Demonstrated ability to review, communicate
- Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for the role
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner
