Sr Business Process Analyst (Finance)
Job Summary
Drive a culture of Operational Excellence through designing approaches, plans and techniques for addressing, developing and implementation of major projects that result in financial benefit and/or improved customer satisfaction. Provide the expertise and leadership needed to drive process improvement with Operational Excellence practices and principles across the enterprise. By working closely with the senior leadership, sponsors, this role will serve as a change agent addressing cross functional opportunities. Interaction with leadership will stimulate critical and systems thinking to help pose new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom and demonstrate successful application of Operational Excellence principles, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This role will report to the Manager, AI and Automation and have high visibility to senior management levels.Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams focused on process improvement projects, managing timelines, resources, and budgets specific to our technology suite of offerings for customers.
Promote, manage, and deliver the continuous improvement of project/initiative activities amongst the team and seek opportunities to connect outcomes with other projects/priorities.
Create detailed process maps and flowcharts to visualize current processes and pinpoint areas for optimization.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process effectiveness and monitor progress in process improvement initiatives.
Develop and implement process improvement strategies, methodologies, and best practices such as Lean Six Sigma.
Identify root causes of process issues and inefficiencies and provide solutions to address these issues effectively.
Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership on project status, milestones and key metrics. Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, changes, and associated procedures. Provide training and support to employees involved in the newly optimized processes, ensuring understanding and adherence to updated procedures.
Maintain department's SOP's. Lead projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
Assist with the onboarding of new staff and train existing staff on internal processes.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
Work Experience
At least 4 years of experience in supporting transformational efforts that have resulted in sustained, on-going process improvement.
Well-developed project management, process redesign, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of business process mapping; application of these principles to solving complex business problems.
Display effective organization skills and manage multiple and often competing priorities.
Intermediate to advanced level skill in spreadsheet and data management tools – e.g. MS Excel, MS Access, Tableau, Alteryx, etc. Experience with SAP.
Preferred Requirements
Certification
Black Belt Six Sigma or Lean certification.
Work Experience
Analytically driven; fluent with data-driven analysis and performance metrics.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
