Senior Workday Reporting Analyst (Remote) (Biotech)

Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices and home care/hospice settings. Due to continued growth, we are in need of a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst.
Responsibilities
Responsible for developing Workday reports including matrix and composite reports with calculated fields, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer.
Responsible for understanding the company's Workday data in an effort to translate business requirements into user-friendly reports and dashboards.
Lead key projects and provide coaching and mentoring to members of the team.
Responsible for responding to and fulfilling a range of reporting requests with varying degrees of complexity.
Analyze, design, and build new custom reports and audits using Workday reporting functionality (ex: Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboards). Create and modify reports based on requirements and understand downstream potential impact of changes.
Maintain reporting functionality as part of system implementations, periodic releases, and other business or business process changes.
Collaborate closely with internal clients and team members to gather and execute reporting requirements. Reviews feedback from stakeholders and implements solutions that work best for the team.
Generate and maintain SOPs and ensure consistent application of organizational policies and practices.
Train and act as the subject matter expert on workday functionally, reporting, and audits. Lead projects and execute on reporting requests from CEOs.
Contribute to the development of reporting standards and support data governance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or inaccuracies identified. Support COEs report writers in troubleshooting issues as needed.
Offer insights and recommendations to streamline reporting processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance user experience.
Research new Workday reporting & analytics features and functionality to determine how best to meet user needs.
Lead key projects and provide coaching and mentoring to end users and report writers.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years of work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large, complex corporations.
Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday.
Experience using business analytical skills including facilitating requirements sessions and documenting activity workflows and business requirements.
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience controlling and coordinating concurrent projects, competing priorities and critical deadlines.
Experience collaborating with internal resources and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.

Benefits:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $81,640-$144,560. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
