Education Coordinator (Project Management)
The Department of Urology is seeking an Educational Coordinator to provide administrative support to the program director and faculty/physicians. This role manages and coordinates all administrative functions related to educational events, programs, and workshops, including program planning. Additionally, the coordinator handles onboarding and record maintenance for fellowship programs, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and supporting the department's educational mission. The position also oversees communications to promote departmental events, accolades, and awards through internal news outlets, departmental newsletters, and basic website management. Typically, this position works under general supervision, while performing assignments that are varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involve limited responsibility.

Duties:
Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or related field, AND:
Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
