Digital and Web Project Services Specialist (Finance)
As a Digital Project Services Specialist at Nemours Children's Health, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our health system. Working closely with project requestors and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the coordination, documentation, and monitoring of project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives. This individual should possess the ability to clearly communicate between technical and non-technical individuals-understanding the needs of content, design, and development teams to achieve key milestones. This position will be part of the Nemours Creative Solutions team working within Marketing Communications and facilitating design, content, video, and digital development projects with a key supporting emphasis on digital and web development.
Essential Functions
1. Act as the primary point of contact for project requestors, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements.
2. Apply your deep understanding of digital and web technologies to guide project strategy and execution.
3. Collaborate with Scrum Master and creative teams to establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Leverage agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor digital and web projects effectively.
5. Own supporting management tasks when projects are led by 3rd party teams.
6. Build and manage a project charter and plan, ensuring various workstreams remain on track and target dates are met for key milestones.
7. Utilize the Jira platform to document and track project requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
8. Generate and analyze project metrics and performance data to identify trends, assess risks, and make data-driven decisions.
9. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project deliverables.
10. May monitor project budgets and resources, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
11. Schedule and participate in project meetings, workshops, and reviews to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
12. Assist in the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks and deviations from project plans.
13. Communicate project statuses, updates, and decisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely and transparent manner.
14. Manage key User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, ensuring the feedback loop is completed successfully.
15. Serve as a liaison between project stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and managing expectations.
16. Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement lessons learned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is preferred.
