Consumer Insurance Specialist (Education)
Monitor cancellation notices. Process and maintain insurance and life insurance. Order and monitor forced place insurance. Manage and process monthly force placed insurance billings. Manage insurance claims on Somerset Trust collateral, as defined by Fannie Mae Servicing guidelines and USDA handbook guidelines. Process monthly USDA reporting. Correspond with customers and insurance companies to maintain insurance on STC collateral for consumer loans. Review Document Exception reports for insurance tracking. Perform file maintenance in DNA involving changes in collateral information on existing loan accounts. Cross-train with Commercial Insurance Specialist Understand and support all BSA/AML responsibilities as applicable to the position as well as consistently, accurately, and timely carry out these responsibilities in compliance with the Banks internal policies. Other duties may be assigned. This position requires DNA maintenance capabilities

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Good understanding of financial institution products and services essential.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and insurance policies. Ability to write routine correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Possesses good organizational skills, the ability to read and interpret reports, and work quickly and efficiently while providing the utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
Mathematical Skills:Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts and interest, etc. and insurance coverage amounts.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
