POSITION SUMMARY
Perform the daily activities for a high-quality, low-cost, on-time shipping team.
Be a team member that fully shares in the continuous improvement of the distribution team.
Maintain a constant flow of communication and information to the Distribution team and RST team regarding the warehouse and customer needs.
Responsible for safety, development, training, shipping, customer satisfaction, and finished goods inventory accuracy.
THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
General understanding of distribution functions. (warehouse layout, picking list, material flow, FIFO, Inspect trailers, and shipping.)
Ensure good housekeeping and organization in shipping
Compliance with all safe work practices
Identify opportunities to promote continuous warehouse improvements
Attend Rep Role meetings and team meetings
Work with the Distribution/ Distributor Relations and other teams to accomplish a pacific task
Pick and ship UPS, Truck Loads, and LTL shipments.
Generate Bill of Lading, Packing List, and Customs Invoice Papers from SOP
Data entry
Communicate with appropriate team members.
Analyze and implement an action plan to resolve customer complaints.
Perform Rep role responsibilities
Participate in team performance reviews
Actively confront and resolve behaviors and conditions in a timely manner
Operate Lift Truck ( Clamp & Fork)

The employee may be required to periodically lift and/or move up to 40lbs. Ability to travel to domestic and international locations.
Environmental factors include the ability to work in an office environment with normal temperatures. There are no adverse working conditions associated with this position.
