RESPONSIBILITIES Food and beverage lead oversee the operations of the food and beverage locations in the park.Conduct checks to ensure that enough products are on hand to serve customers.Lead is a working position.Working environment is indoors / outdoors as needed.Working environments will be subject to varying degrees of summer heat during park schedule May to September.Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.Manage food & beverage staff and oversee food preparation.Maintain accurate records of employees, equipment, compliance reporting.Maintain established quality assurance procedures to ensure health department and customer service standards.Move throughout the food and beverage centers to monitor and provide support for fellow supervisors and leads as needed.Maintain & support facility policies and procedures.Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.Able to work on own initiative within a team environment.Strong customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work well with others.Exhibit positive team culture and high levels of productivity and employee engagement.Ensuring that all equipment used is in safe working order, checked regularly and any faults reported to management.Be passionate about food & beverage, and customer service, seeking to ensure that the highest standards are met at all times.Complete minor food preparation tasks as necessary to assist with food service.Perform other duties as assigned. Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent is required, unless otherwise waived by Human Resources Management.Food and Beverage experience preferred. REQUIRED Proficiency with the latest MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).Current food handler or manager certificateOne (1) years of general operations experience is required.
