Materials Manager (Manufacturing)
1. Lead the day to day operations of the plant supply chain, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, production scheduling and procurement.
2. Oversee the execution of procurement and scheduling to ensure service metrics and customer demands are met.
3. Manage inventory control programs across all material types to ensure accurate inventory and drive inventory reductions.
4. Manage plant inventory investments including liquidating obsolete inventory, monitoring and improving inventory turns and management of stock levels.
5. Oversee the shipping and receiving functions to optimize flow while facilitating a working warehouse and offsite warehouse, when applicable.
6. Facilitate and execute continuous improvement activities.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Certification
Level Required - Bachelor's Degree
Level Desired - Master's Degree / APICS CPIM

Work Experience
Required: 5-10 years of relevant work experience • 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing
Desired: 2-5 years of experience in a plastics or fabrication environment
