The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Boston is in the heart of historic downtown Boston was once the prestigious Don Bosco High School. We're adjacent to Tufts Medical Center, surrounded by the entertainment and dining options of the Theater District, and walking distance to Boston Public Gardens and Massachusetts State House.
The Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Boston bayside is a 5 minute walk from JFK/UMass Station, and the Harborwalk and Carson Beach are a half-mile away.
We are looking for a Dynamic Complex Sales Manager to Sell and Service both amazing hotels.
A Complex Sales Manager is responsible for securing groups and conventions by building and establishing relationships with customers. Hilton is looking for dynamic individuals who are well-rounded and business minded.
What will I be doing?
The sales office in a hotel is a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and is a true launching pad for those who aspire to grow their careers in hospitality.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
This role requires strong sales, communication, and networking skills. The ability to demonstrate a deep understanding of customer needs and then apply a disciplined approach to qualify, negotiate and secure new revenue for the hotel.
